Description: This is the annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement N00104-09-G-RS15 with Woodward Governor CO Industrial Products Group Division, 1000 E Drake Road, Fort Collins, CO 80525-1519. This notice serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis notice of all repair orders issued for the period of 22 Nov 2010 THROUGH 22 Nov 2011 for the evaluation and/or repair of Woodward Governor engine components used onboard naval vessels. Orders issued under the BOA will be issued IAW 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). The Government does not possess the data necessary to purchase/repair the items solicited hereunder from any source other than Woodward Governor CO Industrial Products Group Division.
