- Description
- The Army Geospatial Center has awarded a FFP multiple award ID/IQ contract titled TRAIN II. The TRAIN II contract is to provide the Army Research Institute (ARI) with research support to address repeated challenges for finding the best means of training soldiers, leaders and units to effectively operate and employ existing and new war fighting techniques and technologies. The awardees will be tasked to provide research that looks to future application of new training and leader development methods and technologies. The period of performance is to begin on 15 November 2010 and continue through 14 November 2011 for the base period with four (4), one (1) year options. The base year has a total value of $6,000,000. If all option years are exercised, the total value of the contract will be $30,000,000.
