- DRAFT RFP W9124J-DRAFT-SBS-RFP Support Base Services NOTICE TO ALL POTENTIAL OFFERORS: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. Due to IT system limitations, the Government is using this solicitation number (W914J-DRAFT-SBS-RFP) to post a DRAFT SBS RFP. The attached DRAFT Request for Proposals for the Installation Management Commands Support Base Services (SBS) requirement is issued for informational purposes pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201. The DRAFT RFP is intended to provide industry with the anticipated solicitation requirements prior to issuance of the formal RFP. You are encouraged to review the attached DRAFT RFP and submit any questions and/or comments regarding the proposed solicitation for our consideration prior to formal issuance. Please submit questions and/or comments by November 12, 2010, 4:00 PM CST to allow time for review and consideration prior to formal issuance. Please submit all questions and/or comments in writing to MICCC-FSH-SBS@conus.army.mil. The Government requests that questions include a RFP, PWS or technical exhibit reference. Please note that, while we consider this DRAFT RFP to accurately reflect the proposed process and parameters for this acquisition, the solicitation is subject to review and approval prior to release of the formal RFP. Changes as a result of the review and approval process or as a result of consideration of comments from Industry may alter the final RFP requirements. This requirement is synopsized under solicitation number W9124J-11-R-0001. The Government anticipates release of the formal SBS RFP within the next 30 days. The formal SBS RFP will be posted to solicitation W9124J-11-R-0001. All interested parties should monitor solicitation W9124J-11-R-0001 on a daily basis for the formal SBS solicitation.
