- Description
- (Small Business Set Aside) Request for proposal (RFP) for the operation of the Roswell Job Corps Center, located in Roswell, New Mexico will be available approximately November 22, 2010, in the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website: http://www.fbo.gov. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be cost plus incentive fee for a two year base period of September 1, 2011 through August 31, 2013 plus three government unilateral renewal options of one year each. Outreach and Admissions Services and Career Transition Services are not applicable to this contract. The approximate average capacity strength is 225 residential students. A pre-proposal conference will convene at 9 A.M. on Wednesday December 1, 2010 at the Roswell Job Corps Center, 57 G. Street; Roswell, New Mexico 88203. There will be a tour of the facility following the conference. Upon entering the facility, participants must first check with security and will be directed to the conference site. It is recommended you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to the RFP will consist of written submissions and possible oral presentations as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposals are due by 12:00 p.m. local time on Friday, January 7, 2011 to the Dallas Regional Office of the Employment & Training Administration, Office of Contract Management. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
