- PR NO: IQC10301009013 - NSN: 5995-00-780-0788 - SPEC ASSEMBLY CABLE - DCX-CHOL ENTERPRISES, INC. - PART NUMBER 8773 This solicitation will contain one NSN. This solicitation will be solicited as an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four option years. This procurement is unrestricted, other than Full and Open Competition. This is a critical application item with Configuration Control. Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ): 120 each Base Year AEQ: 120 each, Option Year. The required delivery is 216 days ARO with FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Surge does not apply. Stock locations to be cited on each delivery order. DLA Aviation does not have an approved technical data package for this NSN. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
