- SPM7M2-10-R-0138 The proposed procurement is for NSN 5920-01-073-2537 in accordance with QPL -19207, Type Number FHL34W-12. Item will be manufactured by the current Qualified Product Manufacturer. Anticipated contract type is Firm Fixed Price. Items are to be shipped to stock locations in Tracy, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Required lead time is 150 days. The proposed procurement contains a 100% option with price break ranges from 1 each to 2610 Each. The contract is not set aside for small business. The following applies: While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in this solicitation. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. Users may search for documents using the ASSIST-Quick Search and, in most cases, download the documents directly via the Internet using standard browser software.
