- SLAC anticipates a competitive procurement (next 90 days) for the following: 1 each modular building, 12' x 56'. Rental/lease for a term of 4 years and 11 months with option to purchase at lease end. Building will be located on SLAC property. Building is to have one office, one door, 8 windows, tile floor and HVAC. Building to be modified to include shelving, extra electrical outlets, voice/data cabling and fire sprinklers per customer specifications. Building will support 30KVA electrical hookup. Supplier will deliver building to site and install. This notice is not a Request for Proposal and any proposal that is submitted as a response to this posting will be summarily discarded as 'Incomplete' Interested suppliers must register through 'Interested Vendor' portal
