- NSN: 1270-01-159-3373, Phase Shifter Set. Approved source(s): HERLEY INDUSTRIES INC. CAGE 32187, COMMUNICATIONS & POWER INDUSTRIES INC CAGE 88236, and NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS CORPORATION CAGE 97942. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. Government First Article Testing required on 1 item. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 329 days total with FAT for 1st delivery and 209 days without FAT or for every delivery after FAT approval. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 120 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 30 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 11/24/2010.
