- Description
- Design Project 521-328, "Ambulatory Surgery Improvements". Professional A/E services to prepare construction drawings and specifications, construction estimates, and provide construction period services. The objective of this project is to construct two additional floors, 2nd and 3rd levels, on the "E" Wing of the Birmingham VA Medical Center. The "E" Wing was originally designed and constructed to structurally support floors up to the 3rd floor level. Additionally, the project includes renovating existing space on the 3rd floor, "A" Wing of the Birmingham VA Medical Center. The estimated construction budget is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The area for consideration for this acquisition is restricted to the states of Alabama and Georgia. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541310. The small business size standard is $4,500,000.00 in annual gross revenues averaged over the past three years. No material issued and no solicitation package or bidder/plan holder list will be issued. This procurement is restricted to Service Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
