Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN HOUSTON, TX The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 6,900Rentable Square Feet in Houston, TX. The space must yield 6,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet with 23 parking spaces. Access to parking must be 24/7. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North Boundary - Starting at Farm to Market Road 1774 and State highway 105 head east on State Highway to Interstate 45 Eastern Boundary - Starting at the intersection of State Highway 105 and Interstate 45 head south on Interstate 45 to Cypresswood Drive Southern Boundary - Starting at the intersection of Interstate 45 and Cypresswood Drive head west on Cypresswood Drive to State Highway 249 Western Boundary - Starting at the intersection of Cypresswood Drive and State Highway 249 head north on State Highway 249 which becomes Magnolia Boulevard which becomes Farm to market Road 1774 to State Highway 105. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 31, 2011 All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
