- Map of Huntington CBD - Delineated Area is designated as C-3 and color code is Green U.S. GOVERNMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: West Virginia City: Huntington Delineated Area: Central Business District (area labeled C-3 on attached map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,000 Space Type: Office Full Term: 4 years Firm Term: 2 years Additional Requirements: The Government reserves the right to award more or less than the total square footage advertised herein, or to make multiple awards totaling more or less than the total square footage advertised. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, 1/8 inch scale drawing of space offered, available ABOA square feet offered and rental rate per ABOA square foot, Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable, and Owner's name and address and written statement from owner that the representative has legal authority to provide information on the property. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
