This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. REQUIREMENTS:The work to be performed in accordance with SPCC compliance Packet, dated October 2010 (attached):Furnish Regular Unleaded Gasoline two (2) locations at Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. Supply and deliver Regular Unleaded Gasoline on a keep full basis to: 1. 1,000 Gallon Tank (Regular Unleaded Gasoline) at Roy's Point Located at 37705 Roys Point Road, Bayfield, WI 54814 2. 1,000 Gallon Tank (Regular Unleaded Gasoline) at Little Sand Bay Located at 32660 Little Sand Bay Road, Bayfield, WI 54814 Furnish No. 2 Diesel for Marine Use at One (1) locations at Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. Supply and deliver No. 2 Diesel fuel for Marine Use on a keep full basis to: 3.1,000 Gallon Tank (No. 2 Diesel for Marine) at Roy's Point Located at 37705 Roys Point Road, Bayfield, WI 54814 The period of performance:This service will begin on January 1, 2011 and expire on September 30, 2011. The delivery schedule:The regular unleaded gasoline will be on a keep full delivery schedule. Fuel shall be delivered during the period of January 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011. The last fill under the contract should be delivered as close to September 15 as possible. After this date deliveries shall only be made at the request of the government. Any applicable performance standards:Tanks shall be maintained on a "keep full" basis. During routine deliveries the contractor shall monitor tanks to determine if bulk fuel is needed. Tank levels shall not drop below a 300 gallon level at any time between deliveries. Deliveries shall be made during Park regular work hours (8:30am to 4:30pm Central Time). The Contractor shall have Park personnel on scene in accordance with NPS SPCC Compliance Packet dated October 2010, attached hereto and made a part of this requirement. Each Fill ticket shall note the tank location and quantity of fuel delivered to each individual tank. Invoices shall be mailed to: Voyageurs National Park, Attn: Sherry Stemm, 3131 Highway 53, International Falls, MN 56649. Payment shall be by direct deposit electronic funds transfer, 30 days after receipt of the invoice.A Wisconsin Department of Revenue "Certificate of Fuel Tax Exemption" form MF-209 (R 3-06) will be completed and sent to the contractor. The National Park Service intends to award of a firm fixed price Purchase Order based on the responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued for this requirement.
