Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-11-RP-0022 for the following service: The contractor shall be required to deliver Blank Granite Niche Covers to Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, Missouri from date of award thru thirty (30) calendar days. Potential offerors will submit, at contractor expense, one inscription granite niche cover as a sample representative of the work to be done, the sample should be in accordance with the specifications listed in the solicitation. This sample should be received and approved prior to the closing date of the solicitation. The contractor shall be responsible for all work at the cemetery: Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following order: 1) Price, 2) Technical Qualifications, and 3) Past Performance. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business (SB). The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard is 500 employees. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on or about December 06, 2010. Responses to the solicitation are due on or about 2:00 P.M. on December 21, 2010. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. ****NOTE - All potential offerors who have submitted and received approval notification for a sample of same type within the last 12 months may submit one copy of that approved review to MPS and submit the second copy with the bid to avoid submitting another sample.*****
