Description
The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 1,955 Rentable Square Feet of office space yielding a minimum of 1,700USF of office space in Greenwood, SC. General Information Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Posted Date: December 6, 2010 Response Date: December 21, 2010 Solicitation No.: 0SC2011 Category: Lease or Rental of Facilities REQUIREMENT : The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 1,955 Rentable Square Feet office space yielding a minimum of 1,700 USF of office space in Greenwood, SC. Requested space must be fully-serviced and in a building that can be customized to meet the Government's needs and security requirements. The building must meet Federal Government standards for fire and seismic safety, must be ADA compliant and be located outside a 100-year floodplain. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout and be ready for occupancy by July 24, 2013. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. There must be a minimum of 18 employee/customer parking spaces on-site. TENANT : USDA - Natural Resources Conservation Service DELINEATED AREA : Space must be located within the following boundaries: North: East Cobb South: West Laurel Ave. East: SC-72 Bypass West: Montague. LEASE TERM : Lease term is ten (10) years with a firm term of five (5) years. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST : If you desire to submit a location for consideration, please forward information by 5:00pm EST on December 21, 2010. Expressions of interest should include building name and address or map coordinates for proposed tract, legal description, 1/8 inch scale drawing of space offered or site plan, rentable square feet offered and rentable rate per square foot (specifying services and utilities included), method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet, and contact information for owner or authorized agent.
