Description

In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a), Sole source acquisition, the government proposes to issue a non-competitive contract action to Gekay Sales & Service Company, Inc. under Contract N00189-06-D-0002 as a one (1) month extension/bridge to the contract through 31 January 2011. The proposed bridge will provide support for the NEXCOM Ship Store Program Vending Machine program until a competitive follow-on contract can be awarded.
