- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE AVAILABLE. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst (NAWCAD) is requesting information pertaining to procurement of functional Small Computer System Interface (SCSI) disk drives in new, refurbished, or used condition. These drives are required for sustainment of the Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS). The particular disk drives and approximate quantities are listed below: • SCSI 68-Pin Quantum 9.1 Giga-Byte, Model XC09L011, Quantity: 850 • SCSI 50-Pin Seagate 2.1 Giga-Byte, Model ST32430N, Quantity: 1500+ Acceptance of the Disk Drives will be at Destination and the Government will test each unit received. Any Disk Drive that fails Government Acceptance Test will be rejected and returned. It is expected that Acceptance Testing will take from 30 to 60 days. The Government requests that respondents provide information about available quantities of these Disk Drives and condition they are in. Additionally, it requested that interested sources include estimated price information in their submission for projected unit costs. It is requested that information be submitted NO LATER THAN 23 DECEMBER 2010 to Ms. Dorri Petterson, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Code 25221B562-3, Highway 547, Lakehurst, NJ 08733-5082, or by electronic mail at: dorri.petterson@navy.mil. The Government WILL NOT PAY for any information received in response to this RFI nor will the Government compensate any respondent with costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. The Government will not release any information marked with a Proprietary legend, received in response to this RFI, to any firms, agencies, or individuals outside the Government without written permission in accordance with the legend.
