- Full DARPA-BAA-11-17 document As of 12/08/2010, the DARPA-BAA-11-17 solicitation associated with this Special Notice is hereby released. The objective of the ADAPT program is to develop, by adapting manufacturing approaches traditionally employed in commercial technology, novel techniques, and processes for rapid development of low-cost ISR sensor systems. The intent of the program is to design, build, and test core sensor hardware and software architecture that can be used across multiple complex, distributed ISR applications.
