- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The National Capital Region Contracting Center ("NCRCC"), on the behalf of the Office of the Provost Marshal General ("OPMG"), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) or 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System, Inc. ("NLETS"), 1918 W. Whispering Wind Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85085. The National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System, Inc. ("NLETS") will provide network services for the interstate exchange of criminal justice and criminal justice related information between criminal justice and law enforcement agencies. The place of performance is 2800 Army Pentagon, Washington, DC 20310-2800. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of twelve (12) months. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT 13 December 2010 at 12:00 PM EST. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
