Description: This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, tools, and transportation to perform dedicated Helicopter Services and Support Operations to provide Air Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) services and Wildland Fire Suppression support (Fire Bucket Services), Range Sweeps and training for the U.S. Army Garrison, Hawaii (USAG-HI), Department of Defense property and operational training areas on the Island of Oahu and at Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) and vicinity on the Island of Hawaii. The requiring activity is the USAG-HI. Requirement is for rotary-wing aircraft only. Period of performance is projected to be 24 FEB 2011 through 23 FEB 2012 with two option period. The estimated issue date for this solicitation is on or about 29 DEC 2010 with proposals due on or about 26 JAN 2011. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation. This procurement is unrestricted. The Government intends to award a contract to a Commercial Airlift Review Board (CARB) certified contractor that can provide rotary-wing capability and is approved to fly over water.
