- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included within this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; information is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this procurement is FA4803-11-Q-A015 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-46, DPN 2010-112, AFAC 2010-1027. For informational purposes the North American Industry Classification System Code is 811212 - Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance. This acquisition is for a 100% Small Business Set-aside. This is firm fixed price procurement, and will be procured using commercial item procedures and award selection will be made based on price and in accordance with the evaluation for award in FAR 13.106..
