- PR 0040030217. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-11-R-0109, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for NSN 5821-01-481-2154, Display Unit, Television, Multifunction. This NSN is a non commercial, part numbered item and the approved sources is Rockwell Collins Aerospace/CAGE 09344, P/N 122474-1. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competition. The purchase request quantity is 50 Each. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 137 DARO. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation on December 9, 2010. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. A Small Business Subcontracting plan is required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Certified Cost or Pricing data is required. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. The synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on December 9, 2010. The solicitation issue date is December 27, 2010. The closing date is January 26, 2011. The estimated award date is April 15, 2011.
