- The referenced contract (F64133-00-D-0003) will be extended for 6 months (with an option for a further 6-month extension) from 1 January 2011 through 30 June 2011. This action is necessitated by the continued delay in the implementation of the DoD's new Defense Travel System (DTS) at Andersen AFB, Guam. This notice will not result in the issuance of a solicitation and is not an invitation or request for proposals. Opposition to this action must be submitted in writing by 12:00AM (EDT), on Saturday December 31st.
