Description
RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for a controller for a cathodic protection system. The solicitation number is WE133M-11-RQ-0141, and is issued as a RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40. This action is a Total Small Business Set-aside, for NAICS code 335999, with a size standard of no more than 500 employees. See the attached RFQ and Statement of Work for a description of the items to be provided. All work is to be completed NLT 15Mar2011. All material will be delivered to the address specified. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Award will be made on a Firm Fixed Price basis, to the lowest responsible Offerror. All Quotes are to be accompanied by a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition (attached). Any additional clauses that apply to this contract are marked. All responses are due to the person/address below by 12:00 Noon PST on 28DEC2010. Responses may be mailed, faxed, or emailed.
