- Solicitation W912BV-11-R-2003 will be sent out via FedEX to all pre-approved vendors on 13 December 2010. All interested parties who would like to receive a copy of the solicitation must submit an e-mail to Nathan.R.Kloeckler@Usace.army.mil which contains the Company Name, Duns Number, Cage Code and POC regarding the request. All interested parties who would like to receive a copy of the solicitation for this requirement must also fill out the attached Unclassified Controlled Nuclear Information non-disclosure agreement form. The form MUST be MAILED back with an original signature on the form. Forms sent by email, facsimile or any other means besides through the mail, will not be accepted. The Government will not disseminate the solicitation to any firm who do not provide the form containing an original signature. Please read the form carefully and MAIL the Unclassified Controlled Nuclear Information non-disclosure agreement forms to the following address: USACE, Tulsa District CESWT-CT, Nathan Kloeckler 1645 S. 101st East Avenue Tulsa OK 74128 The solicitation will NOT be posted on www.fbo.gov it will be sent out via FedEX on 13 December 2010 to all pre-approved vendors. The proposal due date is 17 February 2011 at 1:00 p.m. All questions are due by 20 January 2011 at 1:00 p.m. CST. A site visit will be held at Pantex Plant Amarillo, Texas, on 06 January 2011 at 8:00 a.m. CST. All contractors that wish to participate in the site visit shall follow the detailed instructions listed below. The site visit information can also be found in section 00 21 00 Instructions to Offerors paragraph 1.3 of the solicitation. 1.3 Pantex Visitor Badge Process for Site Visit. Pantex Access Control is located in the Visitors Center. The operating hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. 1.3.1 Pantex requires specific details for each visitor. The hosting office supplies these documents in advance. The following information must be supplied to the USACE Corps Field Office at least five (5) business days prior to the visit. a) Date(s) of visit b) Purpose of c) Areas of access d) Individual's personal information: i) Full Name ii) Social Security Number iii) Company Name PLEASE NOTE!! DO NOT SEND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS VIA EMAIL. Fax to Sydney Brainard, USACE Field Office, 806-477-4937, or call her at 806-477-4070. 1.3.2 First time visitors must present the following items to Access Control: e) Photo ID (Government ID, Driver's license, US Passport) If the individual is not of native birth, they must present proper naturalization documents along with a photo ID for entry. f) Pantex Training Acknowledgement form- Visitors will access the Pantex Website, www.pantex.com click the Visitors option and read the visitor's guide. The guide will stress the prohibited items such as, guns, knives, cameras, thumb drives, alcohol, various computer equipment, as well as stressing access restrictions while on site. Print and sign the acknowledgement form and present with photo ID to Access Control. g) Access Control handles plant-wide visitor, contractor and employee badge requests. It is prudent to arrive early to allow sufficient time for processing. 1.3.3 To bring a laptop to the site, call Sydney Brainard for details. 1.3.4 Upon departure, return the visitor pass daily to Access Control. If after closing hours, drop the badge at the Guard Station before leaving. A sign noting "Badge Drop off" will be posted at the gate exit.
