- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease flex space in the city of Anniston, AL. The space must be contiguous (not separated by public corridors). The space offered must consist of approximately 3,954 rentable square feet, and the space should yield 3,438 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Of the 3,438 useable square feet, 1,538 square feet must be suitable for office space, and 1,900 square feet for warehouse space. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. LOCATION : The proposed space must be located within the delineated area described below. North: Anniston Beach Road to Refuge Boundary South: Henry Farm Road East: Refuge Boundary West: Highway 21 REQUIRED : On-site parking must be available for 20 vehicles. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alternations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Proposed space should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 18, 2011. TERM : The proposed lease is for ten years, (10) years, five (5) years firm. OWNERS & AGENTS: Submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
