- Revised SF1449 document non disclosure Amendment instruction to offerors This notice supersedes the combines synopsis/ soliciation publicized on Federal Business Opportunity on December 1, 2010 and the subsequent amendment addressing questions posted on December 7, 2010. The United States Secret Service ( USSS ) provides technical support and training to multiple Vetted Anti Counterfeit Force ( VACF ) groups in Colombia, South America. The technical support consists of a computerized criminal case database and monitoring equipment. This database and monitoring equipment is able to organize, catalog and digitally archive criminal case materials to include physical evidence, photos, audio/ video files and digital voice recordings. The goals and objectives of the Secret Service are to assist the Colombian authorities through training, strategy development and infrastructure improvement. The Colombian VACF will target both small scale and major counterfeiting organizations in order to disrupt all levels of counterfeit U.S. currency trafficking. The work of the VACF will assist Secret Service personnel stationed in Colombia with the support of both domestic and multi -national counterfeit investigations. The USSS contractor selected under this solicitation shall provide technical support to the VACF database and monitoring equipment. The Solicitation is provided as an attachment to this source sought notification. Additionally, the government has provided the evaluation factors as well as the current inventory list. A copy of the revised SOW package and responses to questions received in response to the RFP may be received by contacting April Delancy via email at April.Delancy@usss.dhs.gov. Interested vendors will be required to verify valid CCR registration in the applicable NAICS codes, as well as sign a non-disclosure agreement. All questions directly related to this solicitation shall be submitted, in writing to Ms. April Delancy at April.Delancy@usss.dhs.gov or Ms. Patricia A. Kiely at Patricia.Kiely@usss.dhs.gov. The due date for proposals will be extended to January 10, 2011 at 3pm EST.
