- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) has developed the enclosed solicitation, (RFQ) VA-69D-11-RQ-0098. The purpose of this solicitation is for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment and supervision necessary to perform AC Units Maintenance Services for the Communication Closets located at VAH Hines Campus, 5000 S. 5th Avenue, Bldg, 200, Hines, IL 60141 in accordance with the statement of work and the specifications, terms, and conditions listed within this Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a Firm Fixed Price contract, Veteran-Owned Small Business set-a-side and under NACIS 238220, size standard $14 Million. Anticipated period of performance is on or about January 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods, at the Government's discretion. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about December 15, 2010. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the Federal Business Opportunities website; www.fedbizopps.gov, select "Find Business Opportunities" and then enter the solicitation number. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at this address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
