Description

Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to Install Backup OR Chiller, Project 557-08-112, at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, GA, in accordance with drawings and specifications. Work includes providing a primary chiller to serve air handling units serving the operating rooms as well as nuclear medicine within building 4 and all work necessary to install air handling equipment and associated piping, controls/alarms and connection to existing building supply system piping. Cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS Code 238220 Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors and size standard $14.0 million applies. The solicitation package and drawings should be available for download on or about December 30, 2010. No hard copies of the solicitation or drawings will be provided. All responsible SDVOSB sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by DVA. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for January 11, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Engineering Conference Room, Building 29, at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, GA.
