- Design Build Supply Renovation of VAMC Roseburg Bldg 10. Project 653-11-103 Department of Veterans Affairs Roseburg VA Medical Center. This notice is provided for information purposes only. This opportunity is available only to contractors under existing WESTERN WA/WESTERN OR MATOC. That procurement was competed full and open after exclusion of sources as a service disabled veteran owned small business set aside. This task order will be awarded competitively. This Solicitation is expected to be released 23 December 2010. A mandatory pre-proposal walk thru is scheduled for 5 January 2011. Exact date time and location to be supplied in the solicitation. The proposal is expected to close approximately January 21, 2011. Telephone inquires will not entertained.
