- NSN(s): 4720-00-817-7781 Item Description: HOSE, NONMETALLIC Drawing Number (if applicable): M22240-70-A and MIL-H-22240 Estimated Quantity (including option quantity) 876 Unit of Issue: Each Destination Information: Various DLA Stocking Locations Delivery Schedule: 90 days This acquisition is for a Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation procedures apply. The proposed procurement is for one basic contract year with the option to extend the contract period one of more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 3 years. Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS per NSN for the supplies covered under this contract. This is an UNRESTRICTED acquisition. Copies of the solicitation will be available 15 days after this notice is published in the FEDBIZOPPS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Copies of the solicitation will be available 15 days after this notice is published in the FEDBIZOPPS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
