- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, 22448-5l00, plans to purchase: One (1) Rotax 914 UL aircraft engine with the requirements listed on the attachment. Items quoted must meet the specifications exactly. **INSERT WORD DOCUMENT HERE WITH SPECIFICATIONS AND QUANTITIES** Award will be made on an all or none basis. There will be no written solicitation issued as a result of this notice. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized in the award of a firm fixed price (FFP) delivered (F.O.B. Destination) product. Bidders who respond to this notice shall supply, as part of their quote/bid, the following: Quote, payment terms, delivery schedule (ARO), D&B#, CCR Status (www.bpn.gov), ORCA status (https://orca.bpn.gov/), and shall not be listed on the Suspended or Debarred Listing (EPLS) at time of award (www.epls.gov). Billing shall be made through the electronic Wide Area Workflow System (WAWF): https://wawf.eb.mil/ These items shall be shipped to: Receiving Officer, Naval Surface Warfare Center, 6620 Tisdale Road, Building 125, Dahlgren, VA 22448.
