- Brand Name Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-11-Q-0170 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46, Defense Circular Number 20101216, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-1027. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 315299. This procurement is a Brand Name Requirement.
