- The NAICS Code is 541330. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Order on a sole source basis to Kollmorgen Corporation, Electro Optical Division, 347 King Street, Northampton, MA 01060, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-06-G-4300. The Navy has a requirement for 28V and 60V Power Supplies (P/N 071767-1 and P/N 071767-2), which are used in MOD 0 configurations of the MK 46 Optical Sight System (OSS.) KEO plans to pursue a redesign of these units for future production of spares for use in MOD 0 systems. The MOD 0 CDC chassis card VME Power Supply (071662-D) is obsolete and will need to be replaced with a comparable spec Power Supply. The contractor shall provide supporting documentation to fully define requirements, specifications, and functionality of current MOD 0 power supplies to vendors. Perform an assessment of the impact of the new power supplies on mechanical and electrical interfaces to ensure form, fit and function requirements are met. Develop qualification and acceptance testing for each of the replacement Power Supplies. At a minimum, this qualification shall include a temperature test, vibration, shock tests and EMI testing on an operational MK46 MOD 0 OSS. Delivery schedule is 18 months ARO. Kollmorgen Corporation is the only company known currently to possess the in-depth technical knowledge, experience and production facilities to manufacture or repair MK 46 Optical Sight System (OSS) components, parts and accessories.
