- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) EXA-2-Base EXata Cyber Developer license, Qty 1; 2) EXA-2-MilRad, Qty 1; 3) EXA “ Annual Maintenance & Tech Support, Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Scalable Network Technologies, Inc., 6100 Center Drive, Suite 1250 Los Angeles, CA 90045, as the only vendor able to provide this software and the support. Any firms believing that they can provide the software may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the software without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
