- Description
- This is a large purchase buy for NSN: 5915-01-348-6578. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available from the Government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Current approved manufacturer is L-3 Communications Corporation (CAGE:60583) P/N: L-126-1 in accordance with drawing NR 26512 123SCAV5870. This solicitation opens on 12/27/10 and closes 1/27/11. This requirement is for a quantity of 3 each. The Government's requested delivery time is 188 days. FOB and inspection/acceptance requested is destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of 12/27/10.
