- Approved J&A Sam Rayburn PEMS-"Provide engineering, design, Allen-Bradley PLC based hardware and dedicated software, schematic and connection diagrams FOB to Sam Rayburn Power Plant for Power Equipment Monitoring System (PEMS) for installation by Sam Rayburn Power Plant personnel and electrical engineering labor for the programming and setup of the newly installed PEMS system at the Sam Rayburn Power Plant. The PEMS system shall be designed and configured to interface with existing generator control and monitoring installed at the Power Plant and shall utilize Programmable Logic Control system for data recording capabilities. Services to be performed within 300 days from date of award of contract." RD Willis RTDMS-"Provide engineering, design, Allen-Bradley PLC based hardware and dedicated software, schematic and connection diagrams FOB to Sam Rayburn Power Plant for installation by Sam Rayburn Electrical personnel into the R.D. Willis Power Plant located at the Town Bluff Lake Power Plant (R.D. Willis). The Contractor shall provide startup engineering services, programming and configuration of hardware required to interface with the installed equipment and obtain the recording functionalities currently being performed by the Yokagawa Recorder for both Generators at RD Willis Power Plant.
