Description
The 11th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Andrews NAF Washington intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Neuro Resource Group located at 1100 Jupiter Rd, Suite 190 Plano, TX 75074 for the purchase of four (4) each InterX 5002 Kits with Accessories used to detect tissue inflammation and to relieve and manage post surgical and post traumatic pain. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price. Negotiation is being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1. (1). The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all proposals received within two (4) business days after publication of this synopsis. The Government will NOT be responsible for any cost incurred in proposal preparation. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract (10) business days after publication of this notice.
