Description

VAMC Louisville, KY: The VA Network Contracting Activity, VISN 9, is seeking potential sources to provide full time on-site inpatient and outpatient dermatology examinations for eligible veteran beneficiaries who live in the Louisville, KY area. Services shall be performed at the VAMC by a board certified dermatologist. The dermatologist shall possess all licenses require by state, local and federal entities. The contractor must possess all licenses permits, accreditations and certifications as required by STATE, LOCAL AND FEDERAL law. Term of the contract is expected to be one year with options. A complete statement of work will be a part of the solicitation package. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. NO FORMAL SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME. Responses to this notice should include the following: Name and address of the Company, business size (Large or Small); identify whether or not the firm falls into any of the socioeconomic categories.
