SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICESources Sought for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 6, Mountain Prairie Region, Contracting and General Services. This is not a Pre-Solicitation or a Solicitation Announcement. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain market knowledge of potential small business sources and their size classifications, either Small Business (SB), HUBZONE, 8(a), or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) relative to providing construction under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for National Wildlife Refuges, National Fish Hatcheries, and Wetland Management Districts located in the states of: Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah.Typical Task Orders will consist of providing all plant, labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to provide renovations-alterations, and new construction with emphasis on a broad range of maintenance, repair, dismantling, demolition, or removal of improvements and construction work involving real property. Design/Build services may be included. Task Orders could range in magnitude from $2,000.00 up to $10,000,000.00 per job. Significant sub-contracting opportunities can be expected to include a variety of trades/disciplines to include but not limited to: roofing, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roadwork, painting, masonry, fencing, water control and well work. The NAICS for this acquisition is: 236220, with a size standard of $33.5M. Responses shall include: Company Name/Address/and Company Data Universal Numbering System "DUNS Number", Point of Contact and Business Size pursuant to NAICS 236220 Please respond to the following questions:1.Is your firm a small business under NAICS code 236220?2.Is your firm certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act?3.Is your firm a certified HUBZONE Business?4.Is your firm a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB)?The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 6, may consider combining states under a single contract so please indicate which geographical areas (states) your firm would be willing to bid/propose on under a Task Order contract. a)Is your firm interested in performing work in Colorado? b)Is your firm interested in performing work in Utah?c)Is your firm interested in performing work in Wyoming?
