Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ FA4800-11-Q-0001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 443112 with a $6.5 million size standard. This RFQ contains 1 line item(s). The line item description is as follows: CLIN 0001: Installation only of ten (10) 46" Flat Panel Televisions at Shellbank Fitness Center, 36 Sweeney Blvd, Langley AFB, VA; Qty. 1. Items described above are made by Samsung and/or Sony. Televisions will be provided by the Government, all other parts, including mounting brackets, labor, tools, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary will be provided by the Contractor. End Item Description. FOB point is Destination. The required delivery date is 30 days after date of award. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on Tuesday, 11 January 2011 at 8:45 AM Eastern Standard Time. The meeting location is 633 Contracting, Building 90, 74 Nealy Ave, Langley AFB, VA.
