Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR Part 12 and 13. The Government plans to award a commercial item purchase order to the bidder with the most advantageous bid to the Government. The Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for the purchase of up to 40,000 RSC corrugated boxes sized 15x12x10 with hand holes located on the width panels for the IRS facility located at 5333 Getwell Rd Memphis,TN 38118. The gross weight of product in boxes is 65 pounds, the edge crush test must be minimum 32 lbs. Delivery scheduled estimate 4000 boxes each month for the next 10 months. Indicate on quotation bursting test strength of boxes, amount of recycled content and list box price separately from freight costs. All bidders must submit their best price including delivery to Memphis TN facility by 12:00PM NOON on Wednesday January 5,2011.
