- Description
- Class J&A for MASS Program The 773 ESS/PKJ (formerly Air Force District of Washington/A7KM, Medical Support Branch), in support of the Air Force Medical Service Commodity Council (AFMSCC), 2776 C Street, Suite 200, Building 6, Area B, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, 45433, has published this Justification and Approval (J&A) to be issued on a class basis (Class J&A). This has been accomplished under the authority found in Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1; only a limited number of responsible sources (the four incumbent contractors) and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The purpose of this Class J&A is to increase the available program ceiling amount on four (4) Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), Multiple Award Contracts (MACs) from $96.4M to $150M for the Medical Administrative Support Services (MASS) program. The four incumbent (4) contracts are DP Technology Services Inc. (FA7014-07-D-0006), Health Care Resolution Services Inc. (FA7014-07-D-0007), Mindleaf Technologies Inc. (FA7014-07-D-0009) and Signature Performance Inc. (FA7014-07-D-0010). These four contracts were developed pursuant to AFFARS 5307.104 and were awarded on 26 April 2007 for a five-year base period of performance ending 25 April 2012. Responses, which if timely received, will be considered by the agency. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5:00 PM EST, 26 January 2011, via email.
