- Solicitation is for 672 each to be shipped to Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA within 252 days After Receipt of Order. Approved sources are Airborne Systems North America, CAGE 05QR4, P/N GID21-288-503 and Ganar Industries, CAGE 57688, P/N 191H0106-101 Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is January 11, 2011 with a closing date of February 11, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about the issue date. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters
