Description
Solicitation SCOPE OF WORK - Option 1 Work for Human Resources (HR) building •§ This work shall include adding a telephone access system with an integrated security camera to the entrance of the Human Resources building. CCTV feed shall be broadcast via RF or hard wired and able to be seen on any standard television (TV). Two stand mounted flat panel televisions are to be tuned to the specific CCTV frequency and located at the receptionist's station (N. Haynie) near the entry door and at the HR secretary's station (S. Sanders). An additional wall mounted TV tuned to the CCTV feed is to be installed in Human Resources Specialist (S. Barkley) office. The CCTV shall be recorded via a digital video recorder with a minimum loop of 72 hours. The work shall also include a magnetic lock on the entrance door with a motion sensor for egress. Power to the telephone access panel and magnetic lock shall be provided from an existing electrical panel inside of the building. Work for Business Operation (Biz-Ops) building •§ This work shall include adding a telephone access system with an integrated security camera to the entrance of the Biz-Ops building. CCTV feed shall be broadcast via RF or hard wired and able to be seen on any standard television (TV). Two wall mounted flat panel televisions are to be installed and tuned to the specific CCTV frequency and located in Biz Op secretary's (M. Prichett) office and on the wall in hallway outside of said office. The work shall also include a magnetic lock and the entrance door with a motion sensor for egress and a locking mechanical panic bar is to replace the current lock on the back door. Power to the telephone access panel and magnetic lock shall be provided from an existing electrical panel inside of the building. Equipment specifications are as follows: •§ (2) Telephone Access Security System (Linear Access AE-500 or approved equal): The top of the telephone access system shall be mounted at a height of 5'6'' and be suitable for an outdoor environment with the following features: •1. Intercom and speaker •2. Integrated color security camera •3. Numerical key pad •4. Ability to unlock the front door via phone or by entering a 4 digit code into the key pad. •5. System shall be programmed by the contractor •§ Digital Video Recorder (DVR) - The DVR shall have the capabilities of feeding two monitoring stations and store video surveillance for a minimum of a 72 hour loop. Lesser loop time may be modified per WA approval. The DVR shall be maintenance free in that expired data shall be automatically from the hard drive. The DVR shall interface with Windows XP operating system via a USB or serial port for video review and permanent storage of pertinent surveillance footage. •§ (5) Security Surveillance Monitors - Monitors shall be 120v, LCD, color televisions with a minimum screen size of 15". Two monitors shall be stand mounted and three monitors shall be wall mounted. Contractor is to provide stands and mounting equipment. •§ (2) Magnetic Door Locks - The main entrance of both buildings shall be secured with a 1200lb magnetic lock that interfaces with the telephone access system to allow entry into the building from any phone and from the keypad located on the telephone access panel. The magnetic lock shall have a motion sensor on the interior of the building to allow for egress out of the building. •§ (1) Locking Mechanical Egress Bar - The back door of the Biz-Ops building shall be secured from outdoor entry into the building by replacing the existing knob and handle and replacing it with a locking mechanical panic bar. Work for Business Operation (Biz-Ops) building •§ This work shall include adding a manual mechanical cipher lock for entry into the building and a panic bar for egress out of the building. This work shall also include a wireless doorbell and buzzer. Power to the doorbell and buzzer shall be provided from an existing receptacle inside of the building. Equipment specifications are as follows: •§ (1) Telephone Access Security System (Linear Access AE-500 or approved equal): The top of the telephone access system shall be mounted at a height of 5'6'' and be suitable for an outdoor environment with the following features: •1. Intercom and speaker •2. Integrated color security camera •3. Numerical key pad •4. Ability to unlock the front door via phone or by entering a 4 digit code into the key pad. •5. Existing key lock shall be left in place. •§ (1) Wireless Doorbell and Buzzer - The back door of the Biz-Ops building shall be secured from outdoor entry into the building by replacing the existing knob and handle and replacing it with a locking mechanical panic bar. •§ (1) Keyless Mechanical Cipher Lock - The front door of the Biz-Ops building shall be secured from outdoor entry with a cipher lock that will interface with a panic bar for egress. Existing key lock shall be left in place. •§ (2) Locking Mechanical Egress Bars - The back and front doors of the Biz-Ops building shall be secured from outdoor entry into the building with a locking mechanical panic bar. Contractor is to provide a system warranty for each option listed above.
