- MULTIPLE PARK ATTENDANT & CUSTODIAN CONTRACTS, STOCKTON LAKE MISSOURI. Services include providing Park Attendant and/or Park Custodial services as specified within the solicitation, at various Corps of Engineers park campgrounds around Stockton Lake Missouri. Multiple positions are available - some for attendant services only, some for custodian services only, and some for both attendant and custodial services. Some campground locations require services 6 days per week and some require 5 days per week. Some operating seasons last from mid-May through mid-September (4 months) and some seasons at other campgrounds last from mid-April through the end of September (5 and one-half months). Information for each particular campground's requirements will be included within the Performance Work Statement section of the solicitation. The Corps furnishes a campsite with full hook ups (water, sewer, and electricity). Contractors provide own labor, supplies, and equipment. NAICS code: 561720. SIC code: 7349. Size standard: $16.5 million. TO OBTAIN 'BID PACKAGE' INTERESTED PARTIES MUST WAIT FOR THE SOLICITATION TO ISSUE (on or about December 13, 2010) AND THEN MUST DOWNLOAD IT FROM www.fbo.gov. Offers cannot be submitted online. Offerors must download the solicitation document (bid package), then complete it, sign, and return all required pages and documentation as specified within the solicitation, by the bids due date and time, to be considered. Only signed, original offers will be considered - no emailed or faxed offers will be considered. Offers are due by 4:00 pm CST Monday January 10 2011 at the Stockton Lake Project Office, 16435 East Stockton Lake Drive, Stockton MO 65785. This is a BEST VALUE procurement with Past Performance and Related Experience considered in addition to price.
