- Q1. Does the contracting office anticipate multiple awards for this requirement? Would a boot manufacturer such as Wellco be allowed to bid the boots only portion of this requirement? A1. Any contract resulting from this notice will be a single award Requirements type contract. A2. Due to the interrelationship of supplies and services to be provided, the Government reserves the right to make a single award. Q2. Will the Buy American Act or Berry Amendment Act apply to any or all of the required items? If so, would the requirements change if certain products are not commercially available from U.S. manufacturers? A2. Any resultant solicitation would be seeking domestic sources. Q3.
