- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: West Virginia City: Madison/Uneeda Delineated Area: Beginning at the point of US-119 and Rock Creek Road, East on Rock Creek Road to Delta Road 79 A, South to Robinson Creek Road, South to W Virginia 85, South to Bull Creek Road, South to Crazy Mountain Road, West to Laurel Creek Road (which becomes County Highway 28 and Laurel Road), to West Virginia 17, North to Low Gap Road, West to US-119, North to US-119 and Rock Creek Road. Space offered shall be located within the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondary street serving the office. The route shall allow for direct access to the office space. Locations with obscure or difficult access shall not be considered. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,815 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,637 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 28 Secured Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 28 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: One Five-year renewal option Additional Requirements: Space offered shall be capable of meeting current Government ABAAS and Fire and Life Safety Standards The Government intends to enter into a suceeding lease at the existing location but is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, etc., when deciding whether it should relocate. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
