- J&A for services This announcement is for informational purposes only. The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis to Infor Global Solutions (Infor), 13560 Morris Rd, Ste 4100, Alpharetta, GA 30004, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, follow-on contract, for Financial Management System (FMS) maintenance. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210. A quote is being solicited under Solicitation No. D20003406. This will be a fixed price contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
