Description
MKT SURVEY CAPABILITY SURVEY DOCUMENT SERD PDF SOURCE CONTROL DRAWING This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for qualification and production of a TUBE SWAGING KIT for use by the United States Air Force for maintenance of the C-17A Globemaster III Transport Aircraft. The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. We are conducting this market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for qualification and production of the TUBE SWAGING KIT, NSN: 5180-01-398-1043. This is a build to print acquisition. Our acquisition strategy is a four-year contract (basic plus three option years) and will continue through FY14. The projected quantities will be 9 each for the basic period and quantities in the range of 1 - 3 each for every option period. PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS SHOULD FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS AND RESPOND IAW THE ATTACHED CAPABILITY SURVEY WITH QUESTIONNAIRE.
