Description
Subject: RADIO TEST APPLICATION SEQUENCE The Marine Corps Logistics Command, Contracts Department (S1924), intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract to Astronics DME Corporation, (CAGE 0W200) of Orlando, FL, for Test Application Sequence & Associated Hardware for testing PRC-117F radio sets described below. No solicitation will be posted on this website for this requirement. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of proposal is not anticipated. The NAICS Code is 334515 and the business size 500 standard is employees. No technical data is available. All responsible sources may submit a proposal wich shall be considered. Such offers must be supported by information to enable the Government to evaluate an offerors capability to supply these items without the Government providing technical data. Offerors shall be mailed to : Marine Corps Logistics Command Contracts Department (Code S1924) (Attn: Capt Oronde Dominique) 814 Radford Blvd BLDG 3700, 2nd Floor P.O. drawer 43019 Albany, GA 31704 (1) National Stock Number - N/A (2) Specification / Qualification “ This requirement is to procure engineering support from Astronics DME Corporation to develop an end-to-end Test Application Sequence as a firmware upgrade to and existing Advanced tactical Agile Communications Test Set, manufactured and developed by DME Corporation, used to test the functionality of the PRC-117F Radio Set. It has been determined to be in the Marine Corps ™ best interest to purchase this software upgrade to maintain the functionality of the current testing equipment. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient data, or the rights to same data, for the manufacture of this Test Application Sequence. (3) CLIN 0001 “ Test Application Sequence & Associated Hardware, (QTY 1 Each) -Part Number ATS-TPS-085 (4) Destination information “ FOB Destination to MCLB Albany, GA 31704 (5) Award Procedures “ The Government will award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for commercial supplies with an estimated total under the simplified acquisition threshold. The anticipated award date is 30 January 2011. NOTE: ALL SOURCES MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) DATABASE.
